After the enactment of the Merchant Shipping Act, 2009, KMA recognised the need to develope the relevant regulation to operationalise the MSS Act, 2009. Currently draft regulations have already been discussed by various stakeholders. The final draft regulations will then be forworded to the Minister for Transport for Gazettement.
