Kenya Maritime Authority has three offices two in Mombasa and one in Kisumu.

The main office is situated at White House along Moi Avenue in Mombasa. The Maritime Search and Recsue Center is housed at KPA Premises.

The Kisumu Office handles issues related to the Marine Inland water e.g Lake Victoria, Lake Naivasha etc
